If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

AMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel the product anytime after placing the order until it’s shipped. Post-cancellation, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES

In case of exchanges, a new order will be placed for the same product on your behalf and will be delivered to you at the original shipping address once we’ve received and inspected your return. In case of unavailability of the same product variant, you would have an option to either choose another product variant (for eg. Colour) or request a refund.

FOLLOWING RETURNS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment (except Cash On Delivery) method within 10 business days. In case of Cash On Delivery, you must provide us with a UPI-linked phone number or bank account details on support@luggagelounge.co.in. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
