📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across India.

  • Standard delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, holidays, weekends, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may change depending on the courier service and destination.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Any applicable shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in an offer or promotion.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you. You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

Please record a continuous video while unboxing the package and checking the product for any damage or defects.

  • The unboxing video should clearly show the unopened package, opening of the package, and the product inspection.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the unboxing video and order details.

  • Returns or damage claims may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

❌ Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reason, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Please ensure that your name, address, PIN code, and contact number are correct when placing your order.

🏠 Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
